I just finished reading the third "The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod" book... like, 30 minutes ago.

I got it yesterday at around 7 (i think? ) and i finished it in about 24 hours. xD epic win.

it's a serious page-turner! my favorite character, Vikas (he's russian! I love russians! <3 ), didn't make an appearance (except for when Vlad read letters sent from him), but he will in the next book (how do i know? well, 1) he's not dead yet, and 2) he wrote a letter to Otis saying he would be visting Bathory for a few months)! <3

I loved every moment of the book, especially a few parts. like when Otis tells Vlad that there are drudges that willingly 'donate' their blood to vampires who refuse to feed off unwilling humans (i dunno, that part just excited me. xD ). and when Vlad when to The Crypt. that was pretty awesome. xD lol goth nightclub.

and something awesome that auntie heather included was a guide to the Elysian Code. now i can write in Elysian! (i'm already memorizing it. i know A is (-) and J is (-/) and S is (--) without even looking! <3 )

... i plan to write a fanfiction about D'Ablo's son (lol original character plz), but i have to figure out everything first. like, when two vampires have children, is the child a human? cuz D'Ablo said in the 3rd book that Vlad is the only vampire that's ever been born (born, not created, that is). also, i'm wondering if i should make D'Ablo's son a fixed age, like he was turned into a vampire at 15/16 (poor guy. puberty for an eternity. ), or make him age like Vlad. :/ very puzzling, indeed.

oh, and one more thing before i go. I searched "Vladimir Tod" (well, "Vladimir Tod Yaoi", if we're being completely honest here) and was disgusted to see Twilight crap in the results. people, don't. just don't.

P.S. if you're looking for a good vampire book with tons of action and lots of comedy, go pick up a copy of "The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Eighth Grade Bites" by Heather Brewer. You won't be disappointed; It's a book series you can really sink your teeth into! [/shameless advertising]
